15 September 2011 – LG has made the Optimus Hub official, the device previously known as the Univa is now set to be unveiled in Italy for 199 euros sans contract. The successor to the Optimus One is a mid-end device that runs on Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread). The Hub comes with a 3.5-inch HVGA LCD, 800 MHz processor and 512MB RAM. It comes with a 5-megapixel camera, GPS, WiFI and 3.6Mbps HSDPA connectivity. WiFi direct and Bluetooth 3.0 are supported as well. There are not any more details at this point except that the Optimus Hub has an early October release date. In the meantime, enjoy this video the good folks at HDBlog captured some hands on time with the LG Hub.
