| Hi Guys,
I just used Nokia E71 for a months. There is a problem that very disappointed me..
The incoming call display won't show the name, even the number is already in my contact.
I already upgrade the firmware to the latest one, 110.07.127. But the problem is still the same.
Anyone in this forum can help me ? What's wrong with my E71 ?

| E71 is great but the keypad does not support all the characters that are normally found on a keyboard. I wander if anybody know how to enter ~ [ ] \ using e71 keypad?

| i am from australia but as i work in china and south asia, i bough a E71 in singapore 3 months ago as it supports simplify chinese apart from english, malay and indonesian.
last week, the function key on the keypad dropped off and i went to hongkong nokia with the receipt and warranty card but was charged H$550 to have the keypad replaced.
E71 is a fantastic phone and it suit people like me whom travels all over asia, but i am very disappointed with the warranty policy.

(Member) | Just got this baby last night from the Nokia shop at a local shopping mall. This phone packs a lot of power and functionality. The only thing that puts it down is the camera. Average pics but with the 3.2 megapixel tag.....so much could've been expected. But if you're a cam freak...go for a dedicated digicamera....don't waste ur time thrashing this phone coz it's not targeted to appeal to a cam loving audience.........
